Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative focused on outbound calls, you will be an integral part of our customer engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to existing and potential customers, promoting our products/services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.

2. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

3. Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.

4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

5. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.

6. Document and update customer records in the company database.

7. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in a competitive sales environment.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

7. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
