Location:

- Mumbai, Tardeo ( Foundation)

Timings:

- 10 am to 6.30 pm

Education Qualification:

- Graduation ( any stream) but must have done B. Ed in Special Education or B. Ed in Learning Disability (LD) or B. Ed in Intellectual Disability (ID) or B. Ed in Multiple disabilities (MD)

Note:

- Must be good in English, Hindi and Marathi. Fluency in English and Marathi is compulsory.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Assess skills to determine needs and develop teaching plans by conducting complete educational assessments using the latest tests and generating reports for the same.
- Adapt special ed. methodologies to meet the needs of clients.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) for clients as per needs, track progress, assess needs in line with goals set for each client.
- Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities, teach and mentor students, in small groups, and one-on-one.
- Ensure reviews with parents/ guardians are conducted on a timely basis to discuss/ review progress.
- Involve self with the clinical psychologist and generate combined reports for assessments and recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor teacher assistant’s/ care givers who work with students with disabilities as per the need of individual cases.
- To educate a client’s family about how to accommodate and care for the client by giving advice and arranging support for family members, caretakers and clients
- To undertake general administrative tasks for example writing reports, maintaining records and case notes.
- Involve the multi-disciplinary case discussion on a regular basis and documentation of all cases.
- To stay abreast with all latest developments in the field of specialization and introduce contemporary treatment methodologies as they evolve.
- Ensure that the centre remains “best in class” by striving for continuous improvement, innovation and building community awareness.
- Support in outreach at the center and foundation including delivering workshops events execution.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
