We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing remote team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about building a career in sales and marketing within the real estate sector. You’ll work closely with senior team members, gain insights from experienced professionals, and make valuable contributions to our sales initiatives—all from the comfort of your home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing remote sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Engage with clients through digital channels, respond to inquiries, and assist in building customer relationships.
- Coordinate and support remote marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and social media efforts.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate virtually with team members to achieve department goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college.
- A proactive approach to learning and contributing to team efforts.
