Hindi & English speaking must.

Qualification: BSC or MSC Nursing preferred with minimum 3+ year of experience in Training.
- To conduct new hire training for nursing attendants/nurses/mother-baby cares in the regional language mandatory English.
- To conduct a refresher training program for bottom performers & re-training for not certified and re joiners.
- To conduct on the training for GDA or Nursing staffs, active cases and close escalations for better outcomes.
- To design, develop or update the available medical training contents in order to meet business objectives for the city.
- To have sound knowledge of customer service skills training to the clinician for better LOS and CSAT
- Fair knowledge on excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good communication skills, proactive, adaptable to changes, flexible and open to learning creative tools and techniques.

**Skill sets**:

- Content development skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible with organizational requirements and
- MS office skills - To publish training reports.
- Sound knowledge of planning and scheduling virtual webinars

Expertise in Neonatal care, NICU, ICU, Pharmacy and OPD in maternity unit

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
