Our mission is to make medical training more realistic, safe, and hands-on.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Medical Simulation Support Technician to assist in operating, maintaining, and demonstrating medical simulation manikins and training systems at various customer Locations across India. This is a hands-on, skill-based role with opportunities to learn advanced medical simulation tools.Key Responsibilities- Set up and prepare clinical skill labs and simulators before training sessions - Operate and maintain manikins, task trainers, and related equipment - Demonstrate products and support training sessions at customer sites - Troubleshoot technical issues during or after simulations - Maintain inventory, documentation, and reports - Travel Pan-India for demonstrations and installations (approx. 40–50%)Who Can Apply (Qualifications & Skills)- Nursing / Paramedical / Lab Technician / Biomedical Engineer background - Basic understanding of patient care / medical procedures - Good technical and troubleshooting ability - Comfortable traveling Pan-India - Strong communication & presentation skills - Experience in simulation is a bonus (not mandatory)Salary & Benefits- Salary Range: ₹(30000-70000) per month (depending on experience) - Travel Allowances covered + Daily Allowance (DA) during field visits - Training will be provided on all products - Opportunity to work with advanced VR, AI & simulation technologies - Growth pathway into Training Specialist / Product Expert rolesWork Arrangement- Base: Valsad Office - Hybrid schedule + frequent travel - Immediate joiners preferredApply / ContactSend your CV to: sem@semtrainers.comSubject: Application – Medical Simulation Support Technician*Please note that the Job Required Extensive Travelling
