Role & responsibilities

  • Respond rapidly to emergency calls, accidents, and other incidents requiring medical attention.
  • Perform patient assessments to determine the nature and severity of illness or injury.
  • Provide pre-hospital care including CPR, wound treatment, bleeding control, airway management, and stabilization of fractures.
  • Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment.
  • Safely transport patients to hospitals or other healthcare facilities, while continuing necessary medical treatment en route.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, other first responders (e.g., firefighters, police), and hospital staff.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and in compliance with NABH regulations.
  • Maintain readiness by cleaning and stocking equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training, drills, and quality improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate with Diploma or B.Sc Emergency Medical Technician can apply.
  • 1-5 Years of experience is required. (Freshers can also apply).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
