Role Description We are seeking a full-time Medical Coding Trainer for our on-site location in New Delhi. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for providing training to students on medical coding procedures adhering to AAPC and ICD-10 coding guidelines. The Medical Coding Trainer will assess student performance, identify areas for improvement and provide feedback. Additionally, they will stay up to date on medical coding procedures and guidelines, and provide necessary updates to the training curriculum. Qualifications 2 years of experience in Medical Coding with expertise in AAPC and ICD-10 coding guidelines Good knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team Proven experience in providing training in medical coding with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Bachelor's degree in healthcare, medical science or related fields Certifications such as CPC, COC, CIC or CRC are preferred Industry
