**Responsibilities**:
**Engage with international customers from the US Largest Telecom via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**

**Utilise your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.**

**Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and efficient support to customers.**

**Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.**

**Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and enhance the overall customer experience.**

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualification: PUC.**

**Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.**

**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.**

**Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.**

**Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilise provided two-way cab transportation.**

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
