
International Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Voice Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by managing internal and external stakeholder relations and efficiently handling queries and escalations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, fostering positive and productive communication.
- Efficiently handle queries and escalations, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an Operations Coordinator or Customer Support Executive or freshers with excellent communication
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Proactive and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹10,563.17 - ₹33,617.26 per month
