As an E-commerce Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support the development and growth of our online sales channels. You will work closely with the E-commerce Manager to execute strategies and tactics that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, including website management, product listings, marketing campaigns, and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling whole properties that has been listed in Online Travel Agent.
- Create a new property to Booking channels and connect it to Channel Manager.
- Analysing and Replies reviews come from OTA and share it to Operational Team.
- Maintaining the content throughout all Online Travel Agent.
- Contribute to the sales process and operational activities of E Commerce.
- Create Monthly reports containing sales data & Average Revenue per night villa wise.
- Get in touch with costumer support From All online Travel Agent.
- Updating Quick Replies in WhatsApp Team for Every new villa addition.
- Check reservation inquiries from hostaway and fill it into enquiries sheet.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, and website management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
