**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and manage **Google Ads campaigns** to achieve lead generation targets.
- Allocate advertising budget effectively (**80% Google Ads, 20% Meta Ads**).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the team to improve **landing pages** for higher conversion rates.
- Manage **lead distribution process** to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance performance.
- Provide insights, reports, and recommendations based on campaign analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years** of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.
- Proven track record of **lead generation** using Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of ad budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Experience in **healthcare or hospital industry** preferred.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
