About Us:

We are looking for a results-driven
Google Ads Specialist
with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team
immediately
and help us maximize ROI through data-driven ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages for higher Quality Scores and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns remain within allocated spend.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research tools, and A/B testing.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Availability for immediate joining is mandatory.
