Job Title: Google Ads Expert

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns to drive maximum traffic, conversions, and return on investment (ROI). Your expertise in creating and implementing effective Google Ads strategies will play a critical role in expanding our brand presence and reaching our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and more.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Create compelling ad copy and engaging ad creatives to drive user engagement and increase click-through rates (CTR).

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance regularly to ensure maximum ROI and achieve set KPIs.

Utilize Google Analytics and other relevant tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions.

Conduct A/B testing of ad elements and landing pages to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Google Ads best practices, implementing new strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to outperform competitors in the digital advertising space.

Work with the team to establish monthly and quarterly advertising budgets, and manage spending to maximize results within budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role with a successful track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, tools, and features, including Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, etc.

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign performance.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to draw actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance effectively.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Google Ads certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
