**Roles and Responsibilities**

ROLE SUMMARY

The role holder is responsible for managing relationships and creating new business opportunities from Banks and Domestic Financial Institutions including mutual funds and insurance companies. She / he will be responsible for front-ending all business dealings with Banks and DFIs with targets on liabilities and income generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sustained revenues generation and achievement of the targets set out in the budget for the year for

IFI business. Reaching Balance Sheet / Revenue / Acquisition targets to expand share of wallet of

the clients through:

- Meet liability targets through CASA, Bulk deposits, FCY and INR Term Loans, money

market borrowings, primary CD issuances and Refinance.
- Meet revenue targets through NII and other income (Fee/DCM/FX/Trade).
- Work towards portfolio deepening through other products.

Responsible for cross selling and up selling the liability products wherever applicable through CMS, Salary A/c, Trust A/c. to contribute towards CASA of the bank.

Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and

ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year

Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as

developing these effectively

Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues

through continued education and professional networks

Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational,

reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager

Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for

departmental audits, as necessary
