**Job Title**:Sales & Marketing Executive
**Location**: Kolkata

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Education Sales & Counselling**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from inquiry database.
- Schedule & eventually lead Orientations
- Explain course offerings, structure, outcomes, and benefits.
- Guide students to choose the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up regularly to close admissions and maintain CRM updates.

**2. B2B Telesales**:

- Reach out to schools, colleges, and other institutional partners to pitch our various services.
- Set up virtual or physical meetings for senior management.
- Maintain professional communication records and update the sales funnel consistently.

**3. Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain call logs, lead trackers, CRM and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth enrollment and onboarding.
- Participate in online and offline promotional events (where required).

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in telesales, edtech sales, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline. Background in business, education, or marketing is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (other Indian languages a bonus)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- MS Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- CRM experience (preferred)
