**1. Training Delivery & Presentation**:

- Conduct on-site and in-person training sessions for Retail center staff, covering soft skills, customer

service, and operational compliances.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the needs of various teams.

**2. Soft Skills Training**:

- Facilitate training on grooming, communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer

service.
- Foster a positive learning environment to enhance interpersonal and professional skills.

**3. Training Content Development**:

- Collaborate with Training Manager to design, update and improve training materials, handouts, and

assessment sheets.
- Ensure training materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

**4. Performance Monitoring and Support**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance

metrics.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to center staff to reinforce learning and address

performance gaps.

**5. Audit and Compliance**:

- Conduct regular audits to evaluate the implementation of Operational compliance with industry

standards, legal regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to management and center staff.

Salary : 23k to 27k (In-hand) + Travelling Allowance

Qualification : Bachelors Degree Mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
