Position Overview
Managing and maintaining Delivery Associates records, facilitating effective communication, and performing all the activities needed to maintain high productivity and efficient functioning of the operations department. The HR Ops executive of Workforce Management (WFM) is responsible for post deployment activities of delivery associates.

Detailed Job Description
Onboarding formalities
- Maintaining and creating Delivery Associates IDS.
- Monitoring the rider status and checking with supervisors until riders get deployed
- Updating the status changes as per supervisor s instruction and maintaining the proper data
- Monitoring and updating the renewals of delivery associates document
Exit formalities
- Assisting the delivery associates regarding exit process
- Coordinating with various department such as finance accounts, Inventory assets, operations for getting rider clearance on timely manner
- Coordinating with visa agency for exit process and collecting and submitting documents such as passport, undertaking letters.
- Assisting supervisors for exit interview process
Leave rejoining formalities
- Handling rider queries for leaves such as annual vacation, emergency leave, sick leave medical leave
- Collecting the leave document from riders and submitting back to visa agency and collecting rider document from visa agency and submitting to riders
- Proper data maintaining for leaves
- Follow up with riders for rejoining and monitoring until rider deployment and rider status changes making
- Follow up with visa agency to complete the rejoining process
Maintaining Records
- Follow up with workforce executive and supervisors for document expiry and updating the documents as per renewed dates.
**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements / Desired skillset
- Master of Business Administration in HR or a minimum of a bachelor s degree with a certificate in HR.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Extensive IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- The ability to carry out a high volume of routine work to high standards of accuracy and speed.
- A pleasing personality with the right attitude is essential.
