Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and handle customer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage and update website listings, ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide prompt and efficient chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating e-commerce platforms.
**Skills**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer queries.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
