**Customer Support Executive - Skyway Book1Trip LLP**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and modifications of travel services.
- Address complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Provide detailed product information and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Prior experience in customer service (travel industry preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues under pressure.
- A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
