**About the Company**:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is a leading NSDC-accredited vocational training partner, specializing in skill development and livelihood programs. We are also involved in supplying educational kits, including school kits and robotics kits, to government and private institutions across India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally or equivalent ERP software.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices with clients/schools.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement and logistics for smooth accounting of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Maintain and organize all finance-related records securely and systematically.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in handling accounts for supply of goods (e.g., school kits or robotics kits) is preferred.

**Other Details**:

- **Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
- **Job Timing**: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Location**: Pearls Omaxe Tower, 2, NSP, Pitampura, Delhi

Pay: ₹11,024.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
