We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing **Spario Private Limited** as a trusted advisor in the market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Presentations & Demos**: Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and customized proposals to key decision-makers.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage a robust sales pipeline using [ERP Logic, e.g., Salesforce], ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product teams, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position **Spario Private Limited**as a leader in the space.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to leadership on account progress, challenges, and achievements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Ecommerce.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce and its market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
