**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Post-Sales Operations and Fulfillment**:

- Process and monitor sales orders in the ERP system.
- Manage dispatch processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and provide updates on order status and dispatch schedules.

**3. MIS Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update data in Excel sheets and generate ERP reports.
- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal review.

**4.Department Coordination**:
*Ensure clear communication and alignment between departments to meet customer expectations.

**5. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Act as a point of contact to resolve post-sales challenges effectively.
- Support retention initiatives by addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

**Qualification**: Any Bachelors/Masters

**Experience**: 1-4year ( Pharma background preferred)

**Location**: Chandigarh

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,134.51 per month
