We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive to handle and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their visa or study needs, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Explain immigration and study visa processes clearly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and updates.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and timely progress.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must know Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
  • Positive attitude and client-handling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
