Client Relationship Executive

We are hiring a **Client Relationship Executive** to handle and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their visa or study needs, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Explain immigration and study visa processes clearly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and updates.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and timely progress.
- Maintain client records and update CRM reports.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must know **Punjabi**, Hindi, and English.
- Positive attitude and client-handling experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
