**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Negotiate the best possible pricing and supply agreements for each agro commodity.
- Enter into supply agreements with buyers of each agro commodity.
- Physical procurement from registered farmers.
- Ensure that the procured agri commodities are of high quality.
- Ensure accurate weight and adequate packaging for procured agri commodities.
- Coordinate with warehouse division to ensure proper storage of agri commodities.
- Coordinate with logistics division to ensure proper transport of agri commodities.
- Coordinate with processing division to ensure primary processing of agri commodities.
- Examine and compare corporate buyer, agri-retailers and trader’s supply and pricing possibilities.
- Establish and maintain positive connect with corporate buyer, agri-retailers, traders and processors.
- Maintain up to date database of corporate buyer, agri-retailers, traders and processors, their delivery times, quality requirements and prospective future developments.
- Estimate and define cost criteria and budgets for agro commodity procurement.
- Make procurement and supply plans and execute them as per the timelines.
- Keep track of purchases, price, quality parameters and other vital information.
- Make competent decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Sound knowledge on agri commodity trading.
- Ability to communicate in local language.
- Exposure to food processing, logistics or warehousing is added advantage.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
