**Job Summary**:
The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services required by the company. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills. The Purchase Executive will work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality goods and services at the best possible prices. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth procurement process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and identify potential vendors and suppliers for required goods and services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and purchase agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth procurement process.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of goods and services received.
- Manage and maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and industry best practices to ensure the company's procurement practices remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Resolve any issues related to the purchase of goods and services, including payment and delivery disputes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Work Environment**:
This job may require work in an office setting or in a warehouse. It may also require occasional travel to meet with vendors and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
