Core Responsibilities
1. **Daily Facility & Infrastructure Management**
- Ensure smooth functioning of the rehabilitation Centre: upkeep of facilities, maintenance, hygiene, safety, and utilities like water and electricity.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance rounds, and address any infrastructure issues promptly.
2. **Patient & Guest Services**
- Oversee patient lifecycle, onboarding processes, and manage room allocations in the given allotted timeline. Maintain registries and ensure guest comfort.
- Handle patient or family grievances with compassion and keep communication clear and supportive.
3. **Staff Supervision & Coordination**
- Supervise administrative, housekeeping, kitchen, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
- Create and manage duty rosters, track attendance, conduct performance reviews, and suggest or enact training and disciplinary actions if needed.
4. **Vendor & Supply Chain Management**
- Liaise with vendors for food, housekeeping supplies, repairs, etc. Manage procurement, stock levels, and invoice processing.
5. **Financial Oversight & Budgeting**
- Manage petty cash, track routine expenses, maintain records for auditing, and support monthly budgeting processes.
6. **Documentation, Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure accurate documentation (patient logs, incident reports, maintenance checklists, financial records).
- Maintain legal compliance with hygiene, safety, licensing, and other regulatory standards.
- Prepare and dispatch MIS, operational, and patient service reports regularly.
7. **Operational Strategy & Improvements**
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct root‑cause analysis, and streamline processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest enhancements to service quality. operations manager.
8. **Team & Stakeholder Coordination**
- Facilitate coordination among medical, administrative, and support departments. Promote smooth communication both internally and externally.
- Organize and participate in staff meetings, strategic sessions, and patient care reviews.
9. **Leadership in People Management**
- Drive team engagement through onboarding, training, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
10. **Program Coordination & Community Engagement**
- Support events, external visits (doctors, donors, volunteers), and community outreach or awareness programs.
