**We are looking for a passionate and driven Operations Executive to join our growing team in Indore**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless business activities.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet targets.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Implement streamlined workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as a point of contact between teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff, if applicable.
- Monitor and manage inventory, materials, and supplies as required.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources for cost-effective operations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer or client queries and complaints.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Graduate degree (BBA / B.Com) or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven
- Target-driven with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Package**: Negotiable and commensurate with experience
