**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality beauty workshops tailored to the needs and skill levels of participants.

2. Develop workshop content, including presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, to ensure an interactive and enriching learning experience.

3. Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and products to incorporate relevant information into workshop content.

4. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote workshops and attract participants.

6. Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with participants.

7. Handle administrative tasks related to workshop scheduling, participant registration, and feedback collection.

8. Continuously evaluate workshop effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in skincare, makeup, hair styling, or other relevant areas.

2. Previous experience conducting beauty workshops or training sessions, either online or in-person.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants of varying skill levels.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and deliver workshops.

5. Flexibility to conduct workshops both online and offline, as per organizational requirements.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

7. Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
