As a Brand Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing the company's brand and promoting the products within your network and community. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Sales and Marketing: Promoting and selling a range of beauty and cosmetic products through various channels, including social media and networking events.

2. Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and excellent customer service to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand your customer base and grow your business, including reaching out to new potential customers.

4. Training and Development: Participating in training sessions and workshops provided by the company to enhance your product knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen.

5. Goal Setting and Performance Tracking: Setting achievable sales targets and goals for yourself, and regularly monitoring and evaluating your performance to ensure you are on track to meet your objectives.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required
