**About the Role**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **Beauty Advisor** to join our retail team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted guide for customers, offering expert advice and product recommendations that align with their unique preferences and needs. Your goal is to create meaningful, confidence-boosting experiences while supporting the store’s overall performance.

**What You’ll Do**

**Client Engagement & Consultation**

Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest.

Listen actively to understand beauty concerns, skin types, and product preferences.

Provide tailored recommendations across skincare, makeup, and personal care lines.

Offer in-store demonstrations and mini-makeovers to educate and inspire.

️ **Sales & Product Presentation**

Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling techniques.

Stay well-informed about new product launches, beauty trends, and seasonal promotions.

Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Ensure product displays are visually appealing, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.

**Product Knowledge & Expertise**

Stay updated on evolving industry trends, influencer insights, and beauty innovations.

Attend brand trainings and actively seek knowledge to improve performance and credibility.

**Store Presentation & Hygiene**

Keep the beauty area clean, hygienic, and fully stocked at all times.

Follow hygiene protocols for product sampling and customer interactions.

Ensure tools and testers are sanitized and displays are reset after demonstrations.

**Operational Support**

Accurately process transactions using POS systems.

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries with professionalism.

Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**What You Bring**

**Experience**: 1-2 years in retail, customer service, or a related beauty role preferred.

**Communication**: Confident, clear communicator with the ability to explain product benefits effectively.

**Mindset**: Sales-focused, approachable, and driven by helping others feel great about themselves.

**Flexibility**: Willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

**Appearance**: Well-groomed and presentable, aligned with brand image and retail expectations.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Certification or coursework in cosmetology, skincare, or makeup artistry

Passion for learning and growth within the beauty and retail industry

Multilingual abilities (a plus in diverse retail environments)
