**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide real-time support to customers via chat, addressing queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Work collaboratively to meet performance and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in chat support/customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad for the initial on-site period.
