Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to address customer queries effectively and provide relevant information.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher tiers of support when necessary. Strive to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to technical support, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support platforms.
- Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and address customer queries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
