**Position: - Field **Sales Executive (Preferred FMCG Industry)**
**Reporting to: -** Director of the company.
**Experience: -** 1 - 4 years.
**Education: -** Any Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, Marketing.
**Salary: -** Rs. 2.00 to 2.40 L.P.A. + (Incentive+Travel Allowance)
**Skills**: FMCG Marketing, Distributor Sales, Sales Promotion, FMCG Sales, Product Launch.
**Note: - Locals Preferred.**
- Demonstrating products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation
- Responsible for appointing distributors, managing & supervising distribution network through distributors.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention
- Must have experience of B2B portals like (Indiamart, Udaan etc).
- Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
- Working knowledge of Field sales is a must.
- Relationships within Amazon and other major online retailers.
- Ability to sell into multiple levels of customers, across multiple product lines.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
- Will be responsible for New Product Launches, Distribution & Visibility.
- Looking after the Sales Promotion activities.
- Ready to Travel.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- 1 Years of relevant experience from FMCG, Retail, E commerce, Any other sales.

- Office Timing: Day, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Office and Job Location: - MG Road, Camp, Pune 1.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Camp, Pune, Maharashtra, Pune - 411001, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Field Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Generating Sales, Distributor Sales, Sales Promotion: 1 year (preferred)
- Product Launch.: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, Marathi and English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
