**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk activities including receiving and sorting mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain petty cash.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
- Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, document preparation).
- Maintain all employees attendance.
- Support in basic HR work.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Freshers can also apply. Any graduate with good communication and presentable skills.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
