**Job Profile: Admin Assistant cum Female Receptionist**
**Location**: Sahakarnagar, Bangalore
**Experience Required**: 6 months to 1 year
**Qualification**: Degree in Nursing or equivalent
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle incoming calls, appointment bookings, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth workflow and scheduling.
- Follow up with patients post-consultation or treatment for updates and feedback.
- Manage billing, receipts, and daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, organize patient flow, and ensure a positive experience for every client.
- Support management in maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.
- Handle inventory checks and coordinate with vendors for supplies when required.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, wellness, or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and convincing ability with patients and clients
- Basic knowledge of medical terms or procedures (added advantage)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, or clinic software)
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and dedication toward work
- Must be available to work on weekends and flexible timings

- Confident in handling client queries and follow-ups

Pay: ₹16,000.09 - ₹18,000.87 per month
