We are seeking a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure their bookings and attendance for online classes. You will play a crucial role in providing prompt and timely customer service to enhance platform engagement. Your excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to a seamless and enjoyable learning experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Speaking to customers and ensuring their bookings and attendance of online classes happens regularly
- Enhancing platform engagement by prompt and timely customer service.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with student.
- 6 Days Working ( Any weekday off)

- Fresher can apply

- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
