We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at VRSamadhan. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing them with the administrative and technical assistance they need to succeed. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing data, and creating sales proposals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through various prospecting techniques (online research, attending events, etc.)
- Qualify leads by researching prospects and identifying their needs
- Manage customer data by entering and updating information in CRM systems
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations with accurate and compelling information
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor information
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Manage and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and inquiries, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media engagement metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresher or experienced both can apply
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- A passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the success of the team

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities: 2 years (preferred)
- Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
- Telesales: 2 years (preferred)
