Organization is leading Financial Service Provider Industry located at Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: Any Graduate with min 1 year Experience in Social Media Marketing.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handling Social Media Marketing By Posting Post on all Social Media platform like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp Group etc.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. This may include writing captions, designing graphics, editing photos/videos, and sourcing user-generated content.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions and build relationships with followers.
- Scheduling and Publishing: Help schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Ensure that content is posted consistently and at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Compile data into regular reports and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Research competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Coordinate cross-promotional activities with other departments or external partners as needed.
- Ad Campaign Support: Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms. This may include assisting with ad creative, targeting, and monitoring performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, either through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus.
- Passion for social media and staying informed about industry trends and developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
