**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and driven **Social Media Manager** to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. This role involves strategizing, creating, and curating engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and drives engagement within the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and responding to messages or comments.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, graphics, and videos, that align with the brand’s tone and objectives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content and ensure consistent branding.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to enhance the company’s social media approach.
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary for content creation or promotions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling tools.
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of chemical or B2B industries is a plus but not mandatory.
