**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

Experience: 6 Month

Salary range: 20,000 INR - 25,000 INR

**Job Description & Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Plan, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

**Trend Following**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Implement trending topics and themes into social media strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Concept Creation**:

- Generate innovative and eye-catching content concepts that align with Lenditt's brand identity.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to bring creative ideas to life through visuals, videos, and other engaging formats.

**Engagement and Interaction**:

- Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor social media channels for user-generated content and opportunities for engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, engagement levels, and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for social media platforms and a keen interest in digital trends.
- Strong creativity and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
