**Job Location**: Gota (Off SG Highway) - Ahmedabad || 5 days Work From Office

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms for promotional purposes.
- Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to showcase the brand and engage the target audience.
- Stay updated on the latest features, trends, and best practices for each social media platform to maximize reach and impact.
- Encourage user-generated content and facilitate conversations around the brand, products, and related topics.
- Use insights to propose improvements, optimizations, and future strategies.
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over social media accounts.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements in the existing content/marketing strategy.
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Identify target audiences, personas, and segmentations to tailor campaigns effectively.
- 1-2 Years’ Proven work Experience as a social media assistant/ executive/ marketer/ manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
