Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics,

tailored for each social media platform.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,

LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and managing comments.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, leads, and

conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of

strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Foster and manage online communities, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build and

maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our

social media presence fresh and relevant.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and

alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketplace PPC campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive conversions on the

corresponding marketplace
- Plan, activate, track, monitor and optimize ad campaigns & its corresponding KPIs
- Testing variations of ads to determine best performing ad
- Collaborate with internal teams & agencies to optimize key KPIs like CPM, CTRs, CPC and

Conversion Rate
- Analyze and optimize ACOS, TACOS, and ROAS to ensure effective ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize amazon seller central platform operations, including inventory management,

product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor and report on key Amazon metrics, including traffic, revenue, sales rank, and customer

behavior. Use insights to drive continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
