- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in performance testing
- Experience in performance testing tool like JMeter and LoadRunner
- Well-versed and hands-on with end-to-end Performance Testing life-cycle activities, ranging

from requirement gathering, test strategy, test plans, risk assessment, estimation, workload

modeling, live monitoring, bug logging & tracking, bottleneck analyses, and reporting

(scripting, execution, and reporting).
- Expertise in a performance testing tool like JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Experience in creating complex automated Performance Test Scripts.
- Experience in APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace and Data Dog (to find performance

bottlenecks and root causes for performance degradation).
- Experience and hands-on in various types of performance testing like load, stress, and
- Expertise and hands-on in writing and executing multi-user load generation scripts, and

recording performance metrics (response times, throughputs, CPU load, memory usage, etc.)
- Expertise in enhancing the test scripts by correlation, parameterization, transactions, text

checkpoints, creating web test add-ins etc.
- Analyzing the end user's data to get the user behavior and design the load test scenario.
- Expertise in developing performance test scenarios for Baseline, Benchmark, Load, Stress,

Endurance, and Soak tests to reflect expected live usage of the system, using business

transactions.
- Setting up and configuring the load-testing machines from the scratch with Test Controllers

and LGs.
- Experience in root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools.
