**Job Description**:

- Minimum 4-7 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing.
- Must have minimum **1 year of experience** in **open source** performance testing tools like **Jmeter**, **Taurus, Gatling, etc**:

- Must have experience in at least **2 performance testing tools** such as **Loadrunner, NeoLoad, Jmeter, Blazemeter, Web Load, Silk Performer, **etc
- Strong expertise on test scripts design, test execution, analysing the various performance graphs and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Analyze results, compare against SLAs, benchmarks and Provide tuning recommendations to improve End User Experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and ability to use tools like Perfmon/Nmon.
- Exposure to monitoring tools App Insights, Cloud Watch, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Tivoli, Wily/HP Sitescope, etcto monitor the Infra & servers.
- Experience in profiling tools Jconsole, JvisualVM, SQL profiler, ANTS,etcis added advantage.
- Experience in Microservice architecture and AWS/Azure is added advantage.
- Exposure to scripting languages like JScript, VBScript, Python, Shell would be an added advantage.
- Individual contributor that performs well with mínimal supervision would be an added advantage.
- Strong ability to interpret and summarize performance test metrics, including the ability to correlate, create and present result reports for various audiences.
- Coordinates with Development and Infra teams/peers on the resolution of issues, overseeing the testing progress and ensuring that high standards of quality are being met.
- Contributes to the design of test scenarios and performs peer reviews of test cases.
- Participates and contributes to internal design reviews of testing materials.
- Find opportunity to automate, improve existing process, & contribute towards innovation by doing POCs on latest technologies.
- Ability to adapt and work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral/written communication including the ability to listen carefully and draw accurate and pertinent details from the customer.
