- Should handle end to end performance testing activities individually.
- Should be hands on scripting & execution
- Should be good at bottleneck analysis and detailed test reporting
- Should provide performance recommendations to development team to work on performance tuning.
- Should manage stakeholder expectations
- Perform Test Data and Test Environment coordination activities
- Participate in Weekly Review Meetings
- Should be able to drive performance assessment, test strategy, test reporting meetings and hence the
- entire PT life cycle of the project
- Suggest tools/frameworks/accelerators to optimize testing effort
- Document lessons learnt and implement industry best practices for process maturity and quality
- improvement
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
- Implemented CI / CD processes
