Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Testing professional with 5+ years of experience, located in Bengaluru. The Performance Testing expert will be responsible for conducting performance tests, analyzing data, managing performance metrics, and optimising performance. Daily tasks include creating test plans, executing tests, identifying performance issues, and providing recommendations for improvement. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure system performance meets the required standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Performance Testing and Performance Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies related to performance testing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or engineering industries is a plus
