- Deploying a wide variety of training methods - On The Job Training | Classroom Training | Virtual Training.
- Consider the REGIONAL / AREA training needs & suggest methods accordingly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess future and current training needs of Beauty Advisors | Makeup Artists | Skincare Consultants | Field Sales Team through job analysis & Performance analysis
- Observe, mentor & develop Beauty Advisors/Skin Care Consultants-by selling side-by-side with them & leading by example - Through regular market visits to all business units ( Market Visit Travel - 75% of working calendar )
- Improve Beauty Advisor efficiency in the point of sale, coordinate & follow up individual Beauty Advisor evaluation on objective criteria to assess 3 core expertise - Brand Identity, Product Knowledge, Sales & Retail Service
- Manage the role with a team of Supervisors | Field Sales Team
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Maintain all Training Reports & suggest improvements in the same

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,322.14 - ₹33,268.83 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
