- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline loan servicing tasks for efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of loan servicing data.
- Prepare detailed reports on loan servicing activities for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
