**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate (L1)

**Location**: Office No. 224, 2nd Floor, The Co-works, Rushub Biizz Bay, Beside Kothari Hyundai, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, 411014

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries with excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Graduates with strong communication skills in English (no MTI/RTI).

**Salary**: ₹28,500 - ₹40,000 CTC

**Shift**: rotational (females: day shift until 9 PM).

**Selection Process**: HR, Versant Test, Written Test, Ops & Client Rounds.

**Cab Facility**: Not provided.
